Arcade Stick Joystick Wiring help needed!

Hi all,

I've recently purchased a joystick from Ebay.

And i cant seem to differentiate which is connector is for the ground and which if for the PCB.

Can anyone help me with this?

Also, there are 3 connectors for each direction which confuses me more.
