Neo MVS CP Overlay

So im having a custom CP made for my Neo cab and will have a different button layout. Is there anywhere i can get the Overlay artwork, but without the Joystick and button holes on it? I can just cut them out over the layout.

edit- The measurement are of the actualy overlay dimensions and not the control panel itself.
