Stock buttons for SF IV TE CE Fightstick

Hi,

I have a SF IV TE CE Fightstick which I purchased from PAX and recently one the buttons is showing signs of failing and would like to replace it with the same original. I understand that it has Sanwa Denshi buttons but would like to know the model number. Any help will be appreciated.
