Is cleaning a fightstick with lysol wipes causing any damage?

So I'm thinking of buying a eightarc fightstick, but I have some questions about cleaning it,

Can lysol wipes damage the fightstick in any way such as appearance?
if so, what can be an alternative to lysol wipes?
