Potential PS360+ Damage, did I mess up?

So I recently purchased a PS360+ to replace the PCB in my 360 TE Round 2 stick (the MLG style one). I'm not the best at soldering, but I didn't want to replace the USB that's already attached to the stick with another one, so I tried out the solder. It took me a few too many tries, and I feel like I may have overheated or burned the part of the PCB around the joints where the USB cables solder to. It looks a bit different than it started, but it's not discolored or extremely warped. And as far as I can tell, it doesn't look at all like I damaged any other parts of the board. How durable are these things to heat, and is there a chance I might have fried the whole thing? I still have the stick's faceplate off, I've just tried plugging in the USB to my PC and it doesn't show up in my device list at all. There is, however, a brief flash of the LEDs that are on the ps360+ board. Does this maybe indicate something as to what my problem may be?
