Until now, I've been super hesitant on buying a stick for two reasons in order of personal significance: my friends have different consoles (therefore stick would be null half the time unless dual compatible), and money. I've been relatively comfortable whilst trying out my friend's sticks (I think it was a Hori RAP v3), but for the mentioned reasons I still haven't made the full transition from controller to stick.
I'm none too concerned about spending up to $400 on the stick as of now.
The main things I was looking for in the stick was:
My first thought was to go for a Qanba Q4RAF and try to switch out the Sanwa Joystick with the Myoungshin Fanta. Except that this is a problem from what I've read. Apparently they use two completely different plates for connecting to the surface of the stick.
How should I go about mounting a Myoungshin Fanta on the Q4?
If it's not recommendable, what are alternatives I might have that still enable me to play across all three platforms with a Myoungshin Fanta Joystick(anything compatible with it)?

The main things I was looking for in the stick was:
- compatibility with PC, PS3 and 360.
- myoungshin fanta stick
- relatively hefty. (somewhere along the lines of 15" x 10" and maybe a total of 10~15 lbs(I guess I could always try to find space to add weights inside))
