Interact ShadowBlade Arcade Stick (Help with parts for Moding)

Hi I'm goint to mod my old Interact ShadowBlade Arcade Stick which to me looks really cool, I now some people hate it and is an extremely hard to mod that most people will say "Buy a new one or look for something else" but still in my personal taste this arcade still will look amazing

This is how the Stick looks at this moment



The first thing I want to use is to replace the buttons with Seimitsu PS-15.



Second the most problematic thing is the stick, here is how it looks right now.



I'm thinking to get a Sanwa JLF-TP-8Y-SK Joystick but I need to get a shorter shaft like one of those from Hori Tekken 5 Stick



For PCB I'm thinking about AKISHOP PS360+ / TOODLES CTHULHU / Zero Delay Arcade USB Encoder PC / Dual Strike (I need your help choosing one of those).
