Questions about two different arcade sticks.

So I was given a WWE Brawlstick 2 months ago and absolutely loved using a stick, however the buttons are starting to stick and the joystick doesn't feel that great. So, I'm looking at the Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Arcade Stick or the Mad Catz Street Fighter X Tekken - Arcade FightStick PRO line for Xbox 360

1. How is the quality of both sticks?

2. Does one feel more responsive then the other?

3. How easy to mod each one with new buttons/joystick?

4. Are these sticks good for the price? If not what sticks would you suggest?
