US vs. Overseas Wire Harnesses

Most things we use in this community are made overseas: China, Taiwan, Japan (Sanwa/Seimitsu), Spain (IL), etc.. Last year we made a wire harness in the US, using authentic Molex parts. These are not wires, crimped overseas and then assembled here, these are done in a the Midwest by a company that used to do harnessing for many different applications.
In most cases, final assembly is done in the US, but all the components, crimping, etc are done overseas. With the recent change in the market I decided to dust off the overseas quotes and wanted to ask the community to guide our next steps.

Currently our Voltech Harnessing is Made in the USA and available for 29.95 (right now we are running a coupon special, but the retail price is 29.95). Hard connector covers.
If I have this done by a high quality assembly plant overseas, I can bring this pricing down to 10-15 dollars per set (depending on shipping costs to me)
