hori tekken 6 stick

$
0
0
just got my hands on one. so far nothing but bad news.

buttons are similar to the t5 hori except in color.

stick is somehow worse than the t5 version. it feels like there is plastic on plastic rubbing action going on inside. makes a weird sound. has a shaft cover though.

case is all plastic and very light. good for portability i guess, but it feels cheap.

biggest WTF are the screws. they arent philips and they arent flat heads. it some kind of 3 groove screw that i havent seen before. im trying to open it up with a smaller flat head and pliers but no go so far. pretty lame.

anyone know what the these screws and what kind of screw driver i need to easily open this thing up? i think i already know whats on the inside though, pcb soldered to buttons. i just really want to see whats up with the stick, where is that noise coming from?

edit:

PAPRIUM Devs releasing a new Arcade Stick called the Grand Stick III

u4TrHT0.jpg

The game looks interesting, but I'm really only sharing this because they're making an arcade stick for it. Not stoked on the atypical button layout but they did say they're using sanwa parts at least!

this is what they have to say about it:
The arcade stick has these functions
- High-quality switches (SANWA + WM).
- Four-direction joystick and eight buttons.
- Dual connectivity with Mega Drive / SEGA Genesis and USB.
- State-of-art casing and finish (Aluminium, Stainless-Steel and Acrylic).

Extra Features:
- Configuration DIP switch for additional features and settings.
- Power and Feature led.
- Mod-friendly.
- Some surprises.

Compatibility:
- Compatible with any official SEGA hardware and existing game library.
- USB connectivity compatible with any HID-compliant computer or device.
- May not be compatible with clones or inferior hardware.

here's the trailer they did for it

Brook's PS4+ Audio Fighting Board Help

$

Just got my Brook's PS4+ Audio Fighting Board from arcade shock and was little surprised to find it uses micro usb-b rather than the usual usb-b connection type that is much sturdier. I have a feeling I will be breaking the heads on these a lot, but I digress. My question is does the type of micro usb-b to usb a cable matter? I had a micro usb-b laying around that I used to charge an old phone and used that to plug it in to test. The blue led lights up, but there is no connectivity. At this point I'm not sure if it's the cable I'm using or the PCB itself is faulty. Any advice would be appreciated.

How do you configure the Arcade SSFIIT game to have infinite shadow move / super combo?

Brook Sniper: Giving the FGC (& FPSC) Options

Brook-Sniper-FPS-Controller-Converter-Adapter-Mouse-and-Keyboard-Precision-Converter-for-PS4-PS3-Xbox-One.jpg

Brook released the sniper and one of the ancillary features is the usb port on the back. It basically acts as a Brook plug and play auto detect Universal Fighting Board. I've tried every unboxed stick & pad I own from various consoles at it and so far it works on the PS4 and is hot swappable. Also there is a 3.5mm input for audio\voice on PS4, an easier way to use your 3.5mm headsets with sticks and pads lacking this option and for folks not using USB\BT headsets.
image026.jpg

•End goal is to provide a comprehensive list of everything you need to know about this converter and with it's unique properties I believed it was owed its own thread. As I have more time (If you own the Brook Sniper as well feel free to post your own discoveries or tests and I'll update this OP) with the sniper I plan to test & upload video(s) on the following;

Input Lag
  • Will use the 60fps recorded video method on USFIV & then SFV per pad/stick.
  • Will test input lag with eTokki PSXto360 & Brook PS2toPS4 adapter.
  • Will compare input lag with a native PS4 stick plugged in directly to the PS4 and the same PS4 stick plugged into the Brook Sniper as a pass through.

Compatibility With Other Consoles
  • 360, XB1, PS3, PC & MAC

Disassembly & The Guts of This Device
  • Mini UFB inside?
  • Modular?
  • Can it be scaled down and used specifically for the converter and 3.5mm headset properties?

Valuable Use
  • I can see the Sniper being used at your local eSport Centers or even zealous TOs. Mount two of these adapters near/to each PS4/Console and advertise the ability for customers/contestants to bring the Stick/Pad of their choice from any console. Or Keyboard & Mouse for the FPS crowd or that one player you know that prefers playing SF on their keyboard.
  • Players with multiple adapters can consolidate into this one adapter albeit a larger form factor, unless we find we can scale down the adapter's pcbs.
  • Brook future support for Tournament Mode, I've tested some Macros for Keyboard\Mouse on a FPS but haven't tried creating a Macro for SFV.
  • The micro USB has a USB that has another USB piggy backed onto it. Only 1 of the USB's need to be plugged into the console, the other USB is only needed if your KB&M draw enough current to require it or the Gamepad\Arcade Stick port draws enough current to require it. Only plugging in the primary USB frees up the only other USB port available on the original PS4s. A powered USB hub can be used here as needed as well.
  • I can use my mechanical keyboard as a hit box! Kind of, worked fine for shotos but I could not register a 360 motion in SFV? Will try USFIV and other fighters\consoles.
  • Pad\Stick and KB&M all remain under 1 PSN profile
  • Hotswapping a Pad\Stick when a KB&M is plugged in doesn't trigger a new PSN profile login (saves a few seconds of next user to just sit down and play instead of picking a PSN profile)
  • Hotswapping a Pad Stick without KB&M plugged in untested
  • 3.5mm Audio plugin support for PS4, untested for other consoles but brooks advertises it only works for PS4

    I'very started a video series for Brook for providing this review unit from a FPS perspective;
The playlist will stay the same but will automatically have more videos on the playlist as the videos reach their scheduled date and time for public viewing.
    • Unboxing Video @ 3/3/17
      image
    • Initial Impression for FPS/OW @ 3/4/17
      image
    • 5 Weekly Videos @ 3/5/17 and every Sunday for 5 wk.'s, follows a Master Rank Overwatch player go from DS4 to a Corsair Strafe KB & a Razer Imperator
      • image
      • image
      • image
    • Final Impression for use on FPS/OW: Available after 5th week
    • Comparison to Xim4 @ TBD
    • Hotswapping Sticks and pads demonstration on PS4 @ TBD
    • Various Input Lag test @ TBD

**I Will update the first post with the new info as it's created and post the new edits in the reply posts.
**If you own a Brook Sniper or have access to one anything you test or discover update the rest of us and I'll add it to this OP.

Is Razer Atrox good for PC today?

Hi I can get Razer Atrox (this model exactly link here) for 100$. I see a lot of old negative Amazon reviews and I want to ask for current information. Does this stick works good for PC (Windows 10) or not so much? Is there anything I should know about this stick?

Stick art: An ethical question.

Hey all. So, I'm making a Baiken themed piece of stick art to use just for myself and to put on my stick, not to distribute for others. I found a piece of art for Revelator II style Baiken and fell in love with it, and just as an experiment started building the rest of the art around it. However, I don't feel right using someone's art, even if it's just for my stick. I've contacted the artist for permission through various means, and he/she still has not responded.
What should I do? Has anybody else used art for a stick you didn't ask permission for, even if it was just for you?

My Sanwa Silent Clear Buttons OBSCS-30-S feel really loose. And one Hayabusa HHS-032 question.

Hello all!

I have searched the forum for something related to my problem and it seems that no one has occured this problem or just don't care about it.

I have ordered some clear silent 30mm Sanwa buttons and played a little with them on my 360 fightstick pro. I didn't like the sponge to reduce the noice and to be honest i don't care anymore about the loudness of the buttons so i removed the sponge in all of them. Normally my buttons should be the same as normal clear Sanwa 30mm buttons now, am i right? They feel really loose and the inner button is shaking a lot compered the classic Sanwa buttons which were in the fightstick before. Is this a common problem in all of the clear sanwa buttons? Or is it because i choose the silent ones? Maybe someone has a fix to let them feel like the original ones.

Also FYI: I have compared one button with one of the classic one and the inner button piece has not the same formfactor. It has a little less plastic then the classic one. Almost a little finner all around. Maybe it's because it has to be silent or something.

Also i have one other question about the Hayabusa HHS-032 stick. I tried it for about half a year and in conclusion i like the stiffness of the JLF more. I thought 2lb spring could help me but holy shit it is to much stiffness XD. So which spring would bring this stick to the stiffness of the JLF and also have the smoothness of the Hayabusa? If it is possible of course ;P.

I have to ask for this things because, every time i order something Fightstick related i spend a lot of money to deliver the things to me :(. I live in germany and here aren't any good shops about all these great modding pieces.

Also please excuse my bad english XP.

I have the SFxT VS Pro that I am updating the whole thing. I got the metal panel replaced with a plasma cut 16 gauge steel and now need an acrylic top to but some artwork on. I've asked a couple of online shops that do 1/40" or 1/32" acrylic laser cuts but they only do the sticks that are current and not with my provided design file. Was asking for help for someone that can provide this kind of service

What headsets / headphones are you guys using when playing your fighters?

Curious what headsets and headphones everyone is using? I personally use a wide variety from Beyerdynamic DT990's, Sennheiser 598 SE's, HyperX CloudX, HyperX RevolverS, and HyperX Stingers connected to on-board sound cards, Astro Mixamp TR Pro, and a Denon AVR receiver. Looking at a Schiit Stack for my PC. And a Rode NT-USB Mic when fighting on a PC.

Do you prefer headsets over headpones? How often do you guys use the mic if a headset?

Joystick too short?

$

It's only 19.5mm tall vs 23mm to 25mm.

I built a custom fight stick in 2014, it's pretty much a six button custom version of Madcatz TE using a softwood case which is why the stick is short, to have a stronger mount point without worrying of breakage.

I'm curious what would be better strengthening the case so that I can make the shaft longer or testing out a couple battops or maybe some other shaft mod?

My hand is 7 1/2" from center wrist point to the tip of my middle finger if that helps and my fingers are medium size not skinny or thick.

I'm able to do 720's, CA's and Cr. hp > Shoryuken > C.A. (barely but I just learned that one) after some training room warm up when it's been months since I've played but I wonder if learning my stick would have been better with more length?

My wife can't sleep while I play STV

$

This is probably a common story. The only time I really have to play is at night after my wife goes to sleep to sleep a room away. I've picked up a budget stick, Mad Catz Alpha for $50. Which I like. It's certainly nothing special but it's what I could afford. My biggest problem is that the joystick in there is super loud. Super clicky. It's louder than the buttons. Even through the wall my wife can hear it.

So my question is, is there anything I can do about it on a budget? Or should I simply look into getting another fight stick. I've got some local that's willing to sell me a Hori RAP4 for $100 that's in good condition. Would that be any quieter? I would love to get the Hori RAP4 Silent but that's way out of my price range right now ($180).

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Alumilite casting in joystick making?

Currently, Alumilite is very popular in fountain pen making because you can add dyes/particles/objects to the resin and create some amazing sheen and color.

Has....anyone thought about making a joystick case made entirely of Alumilite casting?

I definitely know this stuff can be used to make balltops. But I'm curious on how far Alumilite casting can go. Could you make a custom shaft made entirely of the resin? Dust washers? Entire arcade stick cases?

Brook Universal PCB XBox one bug

I'm having no problems with the pcb on pc, ps4, and xbox 360. It does work on xbox one but for some reason I cannot connect any controllers while the fightstick is connected. It sucks because my friends have ps4/ps3 sticks so if we happen to play on xbox one i can't use my stick since it won't let their controllers work. Just wondering if anyone has this issue and knows how to fix it. Thanks!!!

I figured we need a place for everyone to post their Arcade Cabinets. Custom Built, MAME Machines, Cocktails, Straight from the arcade, Whatever!!!

I've seen some really nice cab's here, but it's hard to find them all.

I'll start.

101_0996-1.jpg

This is my Dynamo 20" Street Fighter 2 Cab. Currently houses a PS2 with hacked DS1 pads under the CP.

101_0985.jpg

Up next is my Current WIP. It's a vewlix style cab using T5's as a CP. This should be done in a few weeks.

101_0874.jpg

Last is my MAME setup. Usually going for high scores in Donkey Kong. Had to build the CP from scratch. Pretty Stoked about how it came out.

Alright all, let's see some Cabs!!!

The "what stick/controller should I get" Guide.

Warning: This thread is heavily opinionated as are the nature of any product review. Movie and game reviews are heavily opinionated as well.
As well all have contrasting views on what is good/acceptable, as rule from the moderators, we shall not devolve into a VERSUS thread.
Personal opinions are fine, trying to argue that your favorite stick is better will not be tolerated. Do not confuse opinion with fact and vise versa.
Your Results/Mileage will vary. And don't ask for us to make a choice for you, I am not holding anyone's hand.

When it comes to my own reviews, I will not go through and point out what is my own opinions from what is fact (as my prerogative), and I encourage everyone to do your own fact finding research before you make a final conclusion for yourself. That is what google is for, finding your own research and making your own decisions.

Stop asking for Promo codes and sales for any Mad Catz or other products.
Mad Catz has a front page ad on SRK's homepage. If there any codes to be had it be ether there or a insider like MarkMan will share with us the good news via a post in Tech Talk.
You will find out when everyone else dose.

I will come back and edit and update this thread as needed so if you spot something wrong, let me know. And you other experts on Tech Talk, feel free to add your own wisdom and insight.
Yeah I am not having that any more, because I am a jerk.

Keep in mind I am purposely leaving out many limited edition and/or collectors sticks, as it goes outside the intentions of the guide. Collectors are going to collect.

ATTENTION ALL READERS
And I also like to keep custom sticks off the thread entirely, Custom sticks are outside of the scope of this guide and is considered off topic. If you want a custom stick go to the
Need a Modder in Your Area? or you can try the Trading Post.

If you have questions for a mod try the search function here at SRK or
The Absolute Noobie Thread Or The Info Thread: Rules FAQs and Tutorials
Please do not post build questions here.

And do not ask about Converters, Converts can be found here.

If you ever want to search SRK google : site:shoryuken.com and then beside it put what your looking for bookmark it It makes searching SRK and so much easier and efficient

SRK vets should really advertise this more maybe it would cut down on some of the repetitive question...nah it wouldn't because people are too lazy to search for answers

At no time I will rate Sanwa or Seimitsu with each other or IL and Happs, or Japanese vs US/European vs Korean style parts.

Before I start with the cool part of this guide, we will first cover three more important objectives.
And what you need to consider above all else.
  • Needs
  • Wants
  • Budget
Needs. This covers what you absolutely have to have, strip down and basic. With any purchase this is what you should think of first. When it comes to Video Game controls this is usually covered by the Default game pad, only a few games require specialized controls or controls modified for those who have special needs. Example a One handed controller for a gamer who only have one useable arm.
I am assuming most people reading this guide now are hardcore fighter or arcade game fans who the regular d-pad is not cutting it for you, as we all hear complaints over the Xbox 360 or PS3 D-pad.

Wants. This is what you have your heart set for. For most people this is your end results.

Budget. This is how much money you have to spend. Budget is the more realistic and sobering part of the purchase process. Typically a stick will run you 60 to 250 dollars U.S. retail this figure will change with what the normal market price is in your region of the world.
Any stick you find less than $50 is not worth your money and breaks easy. Sticks more than $200 are no longer considered Beginner Sticks.
My general rule of thumb on these things: when in doubt, pass. I'd rather pay the few extra dollars and get one that I KNOW works than one that may or may not. My peace of mind is worth a few extra dollars

If you find some cheap stick or pad somewhere from questionable sources, consider it highly risky and pass. Usually what is too good to be true usually is.

Keep in mind if you are broke (Budget), and the default game pad works fine enough for you (Need) that these 2 will and should over ride your Wants.

Now I am also going to cover other features of each stick/ controller here. These factors are also important to cover but goes secondary to the above. I be using this on almost every stick I list here.
  • Quality
  • Reliability
  • Ease of Modification
  • Purpose or special use
Quick Short Cuts
Mad Catz
Hori
Sega
American/ European Style , Korean Style, Qanba and others

Unless otherwise noted, each sticks are for the PS3 and the Xbox 360.

Read about PlayStation 4 sticks here

Difficulty Scale for Modding
From a scale of 1 to 5. This will factor in installing Buttons, Joysticks and replacement panels, and to a lesser extend PCB replacement.
This will not factor actual Dual-mods, replacement art or any painting.
  1. Easy: Standard parts drops right into place, reasonable access to all parts.
  2. Medium Easy: Still uses standard parts, access can be difficult/ time consuming
  3. Moderate Difficulty: Requires minor case modding or appropriate mount plates
  4. Medium hard: Requires some physical tool use to fit parts into place.
  5. Hard: Requires Heavy modding using tools to cut, grind or drill to fit replacement parts.
Last but not least I ask readers to go outside of this thread and do your research. Read reviews here on SRK and reviews on online stores and in magazines. Weigh the Pros and Cons before deciding which stick to get. And stop posting new threads on what stick you should buy, its why this thread is sticked.

How to Win at eBay.
Keep in mind eBay is not an online store. eBay is a listing and auction service, you are buying from that individual seller not eBay. And Every Seller is different.
For Experienced sellers who sold hundreds if not thousands, Look for sellers with a Feedback score of 99.5% rating or better. Huge time sellers with a 95% or lower are to be avoided like the plague. Pay attention to the text in the negative feedbacks, check to see if the negative feedbacks buyers actually have an issue or they are just jerks.
For people with a hundred sales or less, if they do not have a 100% rating, avoid them.

*When Bidding
Never, ever bid early. You only drive the price up higher.
Wait till the last possible minute, sometimes the last possible twelve seconds.
Also decide in advance the maximum you want to bid.

*How to know if you have a good price or not
Swing over to the reviews on PAGE 1 (it is required for this thread). I did not list the current price of a stick, I listed there original MSRP (or close to it). With the exception for huge collectors’ items avoid sticks that price them higher than I have them listed. (Examples Comic Con TE, Chun Li TE is going to be priced higher than other TEs) Many sellers have a terrible habit of over inflating the price of their sticks thinking the Market will bear, do not fall for it.
Also beware for sticks that are market high and are not in NEW/ Close to NEW condition. DO NOT pay full price on "customized sticks" with a few exceptions. Otherwise only pay full price on sticks that are keep stock.

Those exceptions are:
* Sticks that do not come as Full Sanwa or Full Seimitsu (they used knock off Parts instead of authentic parts) are modded to be all authentic buttons and joystick. Example finding a Mad Catz WWE Brawl Stick that has a JLF and Sanwa buttons installed. You should not pay any more than (approx) 10% more than the cost of the stick + cost of the new parts.
* Sticks that has been professionally Dual-Moded (if in doubt ask someone in SRK TT) The pricing should be cost of the stick + Dual Mod PCB Cost + 10% to 25% of the stick for labor.
* Older era (Decades old sticks such as SNES and Genesis/MegaDrive Era and back) sticks that are refurbish. Many of these are collector items.

As for buying online outside the United States? This is a tricky issue as each countries fighting game scene is different.
The market strong in Parts of Asia (like Japan or S. Korea), Europe (mostly Western Europe), Australia and Canada (maybe Mexico) otherwise you have to eat heavily shipping costs.
Tip for you guys overseas is try to find a seller in your home country first if possible, better if he is in your home province/area.
If that not possible look at neighboring Countries that are friendly to your own. Example You are living in Span, try a French, British or German Seller if you can't find someone in Spain (yes I know they are not right next to each other).

Here is another VERY GOOD guide for buying on eBay
It is on a website for cameras and photography but everything on that guide applies to arcade sticks as well. Just that all their examples are photography related.
http://www.kenrockwell.com/tech/ebay/
P.S. Ken Rockwell is also having great advice and tips on photography.

Also there is no such thing as a "BEGINNER STICK" so do not ask. There are no Training Wheels in the FGC.

Also there is the thread FrankCastleAZ started, I am defaulting anything said to his thread.

MAS Systems Official Thread

*We recieved full permission from Kyle to make this thread*

Welcome to the MAS Systems Official Thread. In this thread you can: ask questions about our products, purchase from us, or just give us feedback on anything at all related to our merchandise or company. However, I?ll do my best to already answer a couple of these questions down below.

Which consoles do you currently make controllers for?

We make controllers for pretty much everything. Here?s a list of a couple of the popular ones:
? PS2 (works with PS1)
? PS3 (which is PS2 with an adaptor; this means if you buy the PS3, your controller will work for PS2 and PS1, all in one controller)
? PC
? X-Box 360
? GameCube
? Dreamcast
? Neo-Geo
? Supernova
And so on.

Do you offer different sized controllers?
Short answer: Full size and mini size (See below for pictures).
We manufacture both a full sized controller, as well as a mini sized controller. The main difference for the controllers: full sized controllers are more often used for tabletop purposes, which means you play with the controller sitting in front of you, not on your lap. The mini sized controller was made for the purposes of having a lighter version to place on your lap while you owned it up, sitting back into your couch or however you wished to play. Also, if your wondering, the mini version can compete just as well with a full size version, it's merely based on which one you feel suits your playing style better.

How much are your controllers?
Our controllers have a starting price of $115 for both sizes. However, the X-Box 360 has a different starting price of $170.

How much are the PCB's/PIC's?
We no longer use PCB's for our controllers, and we do not sell the PIC's by themselves.

Why does the X-Box 360 start at $170? Can I have it added to my old joystick?
It starts at $170 because the engineering behind it is a lot more difficult and labor intensive. Also, because of the way it?s made, the X-Box 360 cannot be added to an existing controller. You would have to purchase the X-Box 360 controller as your starting console, and then add more systems to that controller from there on.

Can I add more than one system to my controller? How much is it?
You can add as many systems as you would like all into one controller. The way this works cost-wise is once you decide to purchase a controller at the starting price of $115, you can then add an additional system for $40, unless you want the PS3, which is only an additional $20. Please be aware that the X-Box 360 is different in this respect. The X-Box 360 has a starting price of $170, and it cannot be added to a pre-existing controller. The only way to have multiple console with the X-Box 360 is by purchasing the X-Box 360 controller from the very start. From there, you can add on as many consoles as you want.

Will I be able to add systems later on/after I purchase the controller? Can I ship it back and/or stop by to have it done?
Definitely! A lot of people will do this, actually. You shouldn't have to buy a separate stick for every console you own. If you would like to just ship your order back to us, please make sure that you include a note inside explaining what you want in as much detail as possible; be sure to include personal information as well. If you need a format to follow, use the one at the bottom, but instead of explaining your order in detail, explain what you want added to the controller. Usually it's not a problem, but please make sure that your writing is also legible (easy to read), as that could pose some obvious problems. Alternatively, you could also drop on by and have it worked on right then and there, but please make sure you call in before doing this, as we can't ensure that we will time to work on your controller with all the other orders we have to work on! If you're lucky enough though, you may end up waiting anywhere from a half hour to a couple hours depending on what you want added in i.e. just one console as opposed to multiple consoles (please read the restrictions for X-Box 360 being added in).

What if I just want to purchase a case? How much are they?
We offer just plain empty cases for sale for both the full sized controller and the mini one. The full size case is $60 and the mini size case is $50. The X-Box 360 case is $65. Please keep in mind that shipping and handling still apply depending on your location, and in which way you choose to have it shipped

I purchased your case because I?d like to build the controller on my own, but if I have any questions on how to build it, will you help me out?
Unfortunately, we cannot help you out due to the fact that we are a business and we sell a certain product. It wouldn?t make sense for us to sell our product to those who bought it rightfully so, and then for us to turn around and help you build our product for yourself.

What kind of parts do you use for your controllers?
Traditionally, we have only used Happ parts in our controllers, and that?s what our engineer is used to working with as well. For this reason alone and also due to the fact that I only handle sales, it is not my decision on which parts can be used. Although, EvilSamurai did suggest shining some light on the subject of changing which parts we use (quoted below), which I have yet to look into as of right now, but I will definitely bring it up to the engineer.
Hi, can you guys use IL parts ( Happ has stopped purchasing their parts from Industrias Lorenzo and shifted production to their own plant in China. The quality has gone down the toilet) and quick disconnects?

Will I be able to customize my order? How so?
You can definitely customize your order to way you would like, but there are some restrictions to how far we can do this. You can customize the color/type of your buttons, you can also customize the color of the sides, as well as the type of joystick. There are a couple choices you have which I'll add in later in more detail. The T-molding is a standard black. We can do any custom faces that you would like, so long as you give us the picture you want! You have three options for the face: a black face which isn't fully black, a fully black face, or a white face.

*Please note that the all black mini controller with blue buttons is a special order for one of our dealers, and we cannot make that exact one for you. Its purpose is to show the all black face.*

Do you guys have any blank templates that I can use?
Short version:We're releasing blank templates of our controller layouts. Keep checking the original post as they should be up within the next day or so.

Long version: Just a heads up for anyone who may be interested. Traditionally, MAS Systems has been hesistant to allow others to use our templates for customizing their own face, but I've been receiving a lot of questions regarding blank templates lately. I've talked this over with the engineer, who I wouldn't have expected to be very interested, but as it seems, because of the direct feedback that I receive from you guys, I've managed to successfully persaude him into providing you all with a template! Expect a file to be available for use within the next day or so on the original post. Thanks for all the great feedback and questions everyone! Remember, you're always free to ask me any question at all, or suggest something you would like to see from MAS Systems. We always appreciate the feedback we receive, and the buyer's interest is of the utmost importance to us. Thanks for your time.

We do ask that you refrain from using anything copyrighted (unless it's okay to do this like with streetfighter or other things that I'm not aware of), only fan-based art or something that isn't copyrighted, or just create your own, but now you will have an exact template to work with. Thanks for your interest in MAS controllers!

How do I pay? How much is shipping? Do you ship internationally?
Payments can be made through PayPal to massystems2006@sbcglobal.net and shipping will depend on the buyer's location. We do ship internationally. TAX IS INCLUDED IN THE COST.

What if I live within the area/I'm local, can I pick it up in person and/or pay by cash instead?
If you're within the area/local, you are more than welcome to save yourself the cost of shipping and pick it up in person. You can also choose to pay by cash as well (a lot people have shown to like this method the most as it's both quick and easy).

You haven't mentioned anything about accepting cards, why is that?
Not enough customers actually paid by card, and over the years it was always the same. The card service charges a monthly fee in order for us to just have the machine there to accept cards regardless of whether or not it's used (it just wasn't being used, so we got rid of it). I'm sorry if this poses as an inconvenience to any of you, but you can still use PayPal, which is highly recommended, or pay by cash if you're local! Thanks for understanding.

Just when exactly will I be receiving my order? How come the orders aren't always finished and received within the expected time?
Your order should ship within 2-3 weeks, and it also depends on how fast you want it shipped. I understand that it can be frustrating to not recieve your order on the expected time of arrival, however you must remember that MAS Systems is only run by mainly one person who handles several orders day in and day out. Our engineer works tirelessly to make sure that each and every order is built with 110%.

Hmm.. will I be able to check up on my order then?
You will most certainly be able to check up on the status of your order! We will never hide anything from the buyer.

I'm sold, how do I go about buying one?
You can either call our phone number directly (714) 839 9770, or contact me through a PM with the following format. However, it is highly reccomended that you use the format below, or something similar to it. It just makes it easier to process/finalize your order, and things do go a lot quicker that way. It also helps to ensure that we can stay organized with our orders, instead of trying to keep track of a single order over multiple messages. No offense to anyone who has already done that, it's just preferred that we have things more organized! Thanks a lot!

P.S. We are fully aware of the fact that our phone seems to be having a lot of trouble with receiving calls, however you can still place an order either through here or through a PM. I?ll be able to get you set up just the same.

I'm still curious though.. why is this in the wrong forum? How do we know if you're legitimate or not?
If you're still wondering why this thread was made in the Tech Talk forum and not the Trading Outlet, it's because I was unable to get set up in the Trading Outlet due to strict rules and regulations. But with the help of Kyle and other supporters, I was able to set up a shop here. It's all legitimate, and I have already verified who I am with Kyle as well. I hope that answered any remaining confusion there may have been. Thanks for your time.

There are a lot of other questions that have been answered throughout the thread. Please take the time to briefly search through before asking a similar question!

BLANK TEMPLATES ARE AVAILABLE NOW!! See below! You may notice that these are full size templates, but they work just the same for mini ones. Also, just in case you're wondering, your picture should go beyond the bolded black border/frame (you can delete the black border if you want.), but the main parts of your picture should not touch the sides. This is because some of the sides are lost in the the process of fitting the design onto the controller, but I wouldn't worry about it too much. I'm guessing it would be around a quarter of an inch to half an inch.
